Shenyang Qinghua Boiler Co., Ltd. has independently designed and manufactured a relatively large water tube boiler based on advanced technology, process methods, and years of actual boiler operation experience at home and abroad, and researched and manufactured the SZS4-35t/h steam boiler; SZS2.8-58MW fuel and gas hot water boiler.

When the boiler capacity is greater than 21MW, the various indicators of water tube boilers are significantly better than those of fire tube boilers. It should be noted that the combustion characteristics of fuel gas require micro positive pressure ventilation, so the strength and sealing requirements of the furnace wall are very high. The main types of water tube boilers are D-type, characterized by horizontal layout, horizontal installation of burners, easy operation and maintenance, small width and height dimensions, and large length expansion and contraction, suitable for the series production of boiler drums. The D-type boiler is a double drum vertical type, with a water-cooled wall on the right (left) side and a convection tube bundle between the upper drums on the left (right) side. An energy-saving device is arranged outside the furnace.
